Payment: A 30% down payment to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is paid directly to our agency upon meeting your guide.

What’s Included: Our fee covers professional service and planning. Expenses such as meals, entrance tickets, and hotel stays are excluded (unless you book our “All-Inclusive” 1-week package, which is fully customized after consultation).

Special Discount: Follow us on Instagram, post about your experience and leave us a review to receive 15 RMB off your current booking!

Cancellation Policy: We offer a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of the tour, the 30% deposit is non-refundable.

Liability Waiver: As a travel facilitator, we are not responsible for lost personal items, accidents, or any unforeseen personal incidents during your travel.
