Terms & Conditions
Payment, what the fee covers, cancellation, and the limits of our liability for Roammate services.
Payment: A 30% down payment to confirm your booking, payable by BCA transfer, Alipay or WeChat Pay. The remaining balance is paid when you meet our team on day one, by transfer or in cash to your guide.
What’s Included: Our fee covers professional service and planning. Expenses such as meals, entrance tickets, and hotel stays are excluded (unless you book our “All-Inclusive” 1-week package, which is fully customized after consultation).
Special Discount: Follow us on Instagram, post about your experience and leave us a review to receive 15 RMB off your current booking!
Cancellation Policy: We offer a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before your service. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your service, the deposit is non-refundable.
Canton Fair: Canton Fair translation is charged per 6-hour shift. The deposit for this service is 50%, with the balance paid on the day of service, before the shift begins. Hours beyond the shift are charged per hour and must be agreed with the Roammate supervisor first. Travel outside the fair area, including trains, taxis, meals and lodging, is paid by the client.
Liability Waiver: As a travel facilitator, we are not responsible for lost personal items, accidents, or any unforeseen personal incidents during your travel.
